In observance of the 150th Anniversary of the American Civil War, “Prairie Star Productions” and “Don’t Know Much About History” introduce “Letters of the Civil War”, a 60 minute audio video performance with period attired Civil War Actors dramatically interpreting over 30 original letters from the war accompanied by music, period photographs, and historical reenactment video footage. The men, women and children of the Blue and Gray are given voice from their words written during the war by Historical Interpreters Rebecca Tulloch and Phil Lauricella who have over 35 years of combined experience performing Historical programs in Schools, Libraries and Museums through out the Midwest.
